Admission is open to all Classes from Pre-Nursery to Class XII
We at DPS Rajkot aim at producing students who excel not only in
academics but also be imbued with social and ethical values, skills and
attitudes, to contribute positively to society. Therefore, the admission
process is designed to test both attitude and aptitude.
Registration
The registration form duly filled in all respects, should be submitted
to the school.
Documents required for registration
The following documents are to be submitted for registration.
- The Registration Form
- Photocopies of the Birth Certificate (Issued by Municipal
Corporation or any Competent Authority. Certificates issued by doctors,
Nursing Homes, etc. will not be accepted.)
- Three passport size colour photographs of the candidate.
Originals will be required for verification at the time of admission
only.
Observation / Written Test and Interaction
Classes Pre-nursery, Nursery and Prep-Observation-cum-Interaction
Admission to Classes Pre-Nursery, Nursery and Prep will be
granted on the basis of observation-cum-interaction. Interaction to see
child's pencil's grip for numbers and cursive writing for Prep. Presence of both
the parents during this period is mandatory.
Classes I to X & XII - Written Test and Interaction
For Class I onwards, a formal written test will be conducted to check
the linguistic proficiency, mathematical ability and scientific
knowledge.
Admission to Class XI will be on the basis of the board examination marks
and interaction with the Principal.
Admission Process
The parents will be required to contact the administrative office for
the completion of admission formalities of depositing the required fee and
other charges along with the necessary documents (which will be provided).
The following documents are to be submitted for admission:
- School Leaving/ Transfer Certificate
- Latest Report Card from the previous school
- Registration form
- 2 passport size photographs of candidate
- Photographs of parents
- Photocopies of Birth Certificate (Issued by Municipal Corporation or
any competent Authority. Certificates issued by doctors, Nursing Homes,
etc. will not be accepted.)
- Medical Certificate .
Without above documents no student from Class II onwards will be
admitted.

Admission for Class-II onwards will be on the basis of TC /
SLC.
General Rules
Payment of school fees to be made only through crossed Cheque / Demand
Draft in favour of Delhi Public School Rajkot.
The amount deposited towards registration and admission for a
particular year will neither be refundable nor transferable to any other
year.
Working Hours of the Admission Office at Neptune Tower
The Admission Office will remain open from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm on
all working days with lunch break from 2:00pm to 3:00pm. The office will remain closed on Sundays and Public
Holidays.

Pre-Nursery to II 8:30 am to 12:30 pm
Classes III to XII 7:30 am to 1:55 pm
